Celeste helped us sell a rental property we owned. The difficult part was that we live 1100 miles away. So, on top of all the challenges of selling a home in itself, the distance added to the complexity. I originally contacted Celeste a few years back and we were not ready to sell at that time.... One day Celeste called us to follow up on our status and it just so happened that our situation had changed and we were thinking about selling. So we contracted with Celeste to sell the property. From day one she was on it. She worked closely with us through out the process. This property was way out of town and when ever something needed to be done at the property Celeste was out there, be it to meet contractors, check on the property after a storm, etc. We were very pleased with Celeste's attention to detail and her tenacity in the face of adversity. We think that the challenges of selling this property would have been a disaster if we had chosen anyone else besides Celeste.

Our availability was very limited; Celeste was very accommodating and fully prepared with options specific to our needs. When we had questions that she didn't have an answer for, Celeste went above and beyond to get the answers that we needed. We felt comfortable having Celeste as our broker, as she was very friendly but also our advocate during the process. We highly recommend Celeste for anyone looking to buy a home.

Celeste was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, efficient, personable, good natured, great sense of humor. Responded in a timely manner to all our questions.
