The 2,219± acre Deer Creek Tract is located less than 20 miles from Eugene on the south side of the McKenzie River. Only 10% of Deer Creek Tract is not productive timberland. There is a recreation lease that can be assigned to a new owner. Topography is moderate to steep slopes — typical to this part of Cascade Foothills along the McKenzie River.
